Profile:

Place of Birth: Born and raised in Assiut, Egypt.

Family: The youngest of six children, my father passed away when I was twelve. I am grateful for what my mother has done for me and what I have learned from her.

Graduated from Assiut University with a B.S. In accounting. My first overseas trip was to California in 1972 where I spent the summer vacation. The following summers, I traveled to England, France, Switzerland and Italy to see, work and learn, then I decided to make America my future home. Before immigrating to America in 1978, I spent two summers playing guitar with a band on a cruise ship touring the Mediterranean Sea between ports of Europe.

I married my childhood sweetheart, and now business partner, Inas. She was born and raised in the same city and graduated from the same university with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. We've been married for 24 years and we have two daughters; Mira and Dina, 20 and 16 years old.

Years of Industry Experience: I changed my career from accounting to financial planning in 1987 when I realized the enormous opportunity available in this business allowing me to be in business for myself, yet not by myself; affording me autonomy and independence with unlimited potential.

I obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 1987 in my first year in business, I am a Registered Securities Principal and Officer of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ).

Hobbies: I like to play and listen to music, I love to read poems and quotes, I like to play tennis and Ping Pong, and I treasure the time I spent with my family "Life is short and unpredictable...eat your desert first" "The more you express your gratitude about what you have, the more that you will have to be grateful for and the more you complain about problems, the more problems that you will have to complain about!". It never hurts to be grateful.
